1) Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order. Parcels are insured and, where possible, travel with carriers that have their own air network for quicker long-distance delivery.

2) How fast do you ship?

In-stock items dispatch within 3 business days — usually the next morning. Made-to-order/limited editions may need 1–2 weeks for hand-finishing and quality checks.

3) When will my PDF tutorial arrive?

By email within a few minutes of payment.

4) Can I return my order?

Yes. EU/EEA & UK consumers have a 14-day right to return most physical products bought online. All other countries (including the USA): we offer the same 14-day window

Items must be unused and in the original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer.

5) What items are non-returnable?

Custom/personalised pieces and digital products (once a PDF download begins) are non-returnable. This helps us keep limited editions truly limited and fair.

6) What if something arrives damaged or gets lost?

Please email photos within 48 hours and keep the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Lost parcels are investigated with the carrier; if confirmed, we'll replace or refund.

7) What's "limited" — how many pieces exist?

  • Fine Art Prints: limited to 45 per motif, signed & numbered, with a certificate.

  • Heritage ceramics: numbered, certified editions (edition sizes vary by collection).

8) Do you replace extremely limited pieces (Heritage Editions)?

Yes — we keep a small reserve (about 5 pieces) in our archive to cover transit damage. A replacement will carry a different edition number than your original.

9) Do you charge VAT/taxes for orders to the USA?

Our prices are final and the same worldwide — we do not deduct or refund VAT for non-EU orders.

We ship from the EU (Czech Republic). The USA (or your country) may charge import duties/taxes on delivery; if applicable, these are paid by the customer. We include all paperwork to help smooth customs.

10) What paper do you use for prints and cards?

Prints: cold-pressed archival paper with archival inks (museum-quality giclée).

Cards: beautiful lightly textured archival paper (300+ gsm).

11) Are lessons suitable for beginners?

Yes. WABEL Co. Art Instruction teaches one motif at a time, with ready-to-trace templates and gentle, step-by-step guidance.

12) What payment methods do you accept?

All major card payments supported by our checkout. If you need help, email us — we'll guide you.

13) Where are you based?

In the Czech Republic (EU): Prague (registered address) and Citov (studio/operations).
