We ship from our home based studio in the Czech Republic (EU) — always insured and, where possible, via carriers with their own air network for the quickest long-distance delivery.

Processing & dispatch

In-stock physical items: packed and dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days) — usually the next morning.
Made-to-order / limited editions: please allow 1–3 weeks for hand-finishing and quality checks.
You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel begins its journey.

Digital downloads (tutorial PDFs)

Our website doesn't support instant automated file delivery.

Delivery by email within 12 hours of payment (thank you for allowing for sleep time :-)
Need an instant download? You'll find the same lessons in our Etsy shop.

By starting the download you give explicit consent to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledge that refunds are not available once the download begins. If a file doesn't arrive or opens incorrectly, email us — we'll resend it manually.

Czech Republic & EU: ~3–7 business days after dispatch
UK, USA & Worldwide: ~7–21 business days after dispatch
Holiday periods and customs can add a few days — thank you for your patience.

Packaging & care

Every parcel is packed by hand with protective layers (and a little love), so pottery and prints arrive safely.
Damaged on arrival? Please photograph the parcel and the item within 48 hours and email us — we'll make it right.

Duties & taxes

We ship from the EU (Czech Republic).

Within the EU: no customs duties.
Outside the EU (incl. USA): local duties and taxes (if any) are the customer's responsibility. We include all paperwork to help smooth customs clearance.
Our prices are final and are not reduced by VAT for non-EU orders.

Returns & exchanges

Returns window

EU/EEA & UK consumers: you may return most physical products purchased online within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (statutory right).
All other countries (including the USA): we voluntarily offer the same 14-day return window under the same conditions.

Items must be unused and carefully repacked in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item in good condition (we may withhold the refund until the goods arrive back to us).

We'll share the return address and simple packing guidance.
Send the parcel and share the tracking number with us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange, start a return as above and place a new order once your refund is processed. We're happy to help you choose the perfect piece.

Non-returnable items (gentle clarity)

Opened digital products (tutorial PDFs once the download begins)

Extremely limited pieces (Heritage Editions)

For exceptionally limited items (e.g., Heritage plates), we keep a small reserve (about 5 pieces) in our archive to cover damage in transit.

A damaged piece will be replaced, but the edition number will be different from your original.
Reserve pieces are held only for a limited time; very occasionally, remaining pieces are released later (usually to family).

What's limited (for clarity):

Fine Art Prints: limited to 30 per motif, signed & numbered, certificate included.
Cards: limited to 75 per design, signed & numbered on the back, envelope included.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items

Damaged on arrival? Email photos within 48 hours and keep all packaging — we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Parcel lost? We'll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated; if confirmed lost, we'll replace or refund.
Wrong item? Our mistake — we'll correct it immediately at our cost.
