Data Processors & Partners

Internal processors: Witek Havelka and Ivana Havelková (acting on behalf of the Controller).

Third-party processors (subcontractors): our website/e-shop provider Webnode AG, shipping companies, and Google Analytics. These partners process data only on our instructions and for our purposes, under data-processing agreements. Each has its own privacy policy that explains their tools and safeguards. We remain responsible, as the Controller, for protecting your personal data when we use processors.

Collected Data

We collect and process personal data in two ways:

1) Data you choose to share with us
When you register, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, or contact us: name, email, postal address, phone number. These details are necessary to conclude and fulfill a purchase contract and to provide customer care.

2) Data gathered automatically (cookies & analytics)
Technical and usage data that help the site function and improve: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, cart activity, and similar.
Payments are handled by certified payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

We do not perform automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.

Children's data

Our website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricted access, password protection, antivirus tools, and regular maintenance. The computers used for processing are located at our operational address in Cítov.

Final provisions

1. By placing an electronic order on our website, you confirm you have been informed about these rules and accept them in full.

2. You accept these rules by ticking the checkbox in the order form.

3. We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version is always published on our website.
