MASTER ORIGINALS
Large-scale originals — designed for framing and collecting.
Painted with framing and display in mind, these one-of-a-kind pieces may share a motif with a WABEL Co. Art Lesson Editions, but are created independently in larger formats, alternate versions, or entirely new compositions. Many grow from my personal folk-art practice; some are inspired by museum collections around the world. These paintings are standalone artworks — not lesson-based.
STUDIO ORIGINALS
The originals behind the lessons — the ones you saw in the tutorials.
Studio Originals are painted for filming and photography as part of our WABEL Co. PDF Art Lessons. As lessons often require more than one version for step-by-step documentation, there may be 1–3 studio originals per motif. These paintings are always directly connected to specific lesson content and offer a glimpse into the process behind each folk-art design.
MINI STUDIES
Sketches, color studies & practice sheets — carefully chosen and ready to frame.
Mini Studies include drawings, test compositions, or painted details created while preparing Master or Studio Originals. Only studies that stand on their own aesthetically are selected for this series—chosen for composition, character, and quiet charm — each one is frame-worthy and unique.
